The old capital of Japan, it's almost as nice to visit as Kyoto. Any other sightseeing place around Tokyo pales in comparison to Kamakura. Full of old temples. You can also take a day trip to Mt. Fuji and that is lovely. We visited the aquarium in Osaka and it was great. Kyoto is absolutely beautiful.
