Would it be permissible to use a laser pointer at a school play?
The play is in another school district, and I would not be bound by their student code of conduct, and I wonder if I would be allowed to use the laser to point out parts of the show to my friends, would this use of the pointer be allowed?

The ammeter on my dash (1975 Dodge Dart Sport, 318) will show that suddenly my alternator will start discharging. After a few minutes it will go back into charging mode.

I have this Fostex DP-01 digital recorder. Lately it hasn’t been working. I had to get a new AC adapter for it. When I plugged it in, smoke came out of the bottom. We took it apart. We saw where the smoke was coming from, and it was under/from this computer chip.

I’ve recently got myself a very nice 50mw green laser – however it’s been starting to dim and flicker quite a bit. I measured the battery (18650) it came with, which is meant to be 3.7V, and it is in fact 2.9V! So basically, I’m hoping it’s the battery that is causing the beam to dim – but I need to know if the battery I have is rechargeable.
It’s in a plain blue plastic casing, and says “Tian Lin 18650 2800mAh 3.7V” – any experience with these batteries – or 2 CR123 batteries together would be very much appreciated!

This question might sound simple, but what should I buy to sharpen my pocket knife? I know that there are many products out there that sharpen knives, but which product would be good for me? I do not know the how to use a water stone, but I have been looking at “how to” videos to learn. I carry my pocket knife daily and I currently have 2 pocket knives. One has a combo blade the other is plain.

I purchased a pair of boots and they fit fairly well but there is a “bubble” present on the inside of the boots where you put your feet in, around the ball of the foot. I put some thumbtacks in it and attempted to cut with a pocket knife, and now when I press down on it it depresses but when wearing the boot I can still feel it. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it for good? I have already worn the boots around and can’t take them back.
