nintendo ds R4. card?

i saw this product on the web and have a few questions about it that i can not seem to find anywhere else…okay so on this r4 card can you download any ds game? how much do games cost? how many game downloads can it hold? can you save? can you use an action replay? and do the games still work at best quality and to the best of its ability like the actual games?
