how to get a girl to like you (gr. 7)?

First of all,I can’t ask her out, so don’t suggest that. This girl is a little out of my league but not by a lot. She doesn’t really like me (I don’t think) but I think she likes my best friend. I’ve told her I like her and now she just doesn’t talk to me. :’( I’m not like a loser so I think I could make her like me as a friend agein, actually, I’m pretty popular, as is she. So I just want to know how I can make it so she likes me back and I’ve already asked if she likes me and she said no. So is there anyone experienced who can help me?
