		<description>umm... you can submit your story first or with the manga into a competition from shonen jump. they ussually have it and if you get selected your manga will be published.</description>

They might have some more detailed information about submissions and submission guidelines that you could read/peruse. They also have a publication called &quot;The Rising Stars of Manga&quot; that may have been developed from their online pool of members -- I know the Tokyopop website has a lot of fan art and fan fiction, so that might be a place to start.</description>
