How can I fix my sleeping habits?

I am sixteen now and i barely get any sleep at all. during a school week, i usually get 5 to 3 1/2 hours of sleep a night. on the weekends i have tried sleeping in late and waking up early (at about 10). i have tried to fall asleep at earlier, but i am never tired. i don’t take naps, maybe a power nap or two in class. i have to wake up at 6:30 for school every weekday. i cannot seem to fall asleep unless im REALLY tired. i have been stuck in this loop for two years now, can someone help me?
