Do they check Laptops, MP3s and R4DS at the airport?

Hi I’m going on an International flight from Toronto (Canada) to Hong Kong. I’m wondering if the airport security would check my Laptop, my MP3 player (Filled with pirated songs) and my R4-DS (Which is filled with pirated DS games) thank you. Any help would be appreciated.

I’m 14 by the way, would I have a smaller chance of getting checked since I’m going on the flight to HK alone and that I am a teenager?
