Do I have to split my TV and my internet from each other?

I have my TV, phone and Internet all from my cable provider. But I have my 2 TVs and Internet ( phone on same splitter as Internet). Should I buy a 2 way spliter for my in coming line and split the TV to the 3 way and then split my Internet and phone on the 2 line buy itself ?
