This is my first internet phone, I have set up my phone to make it ready to connect to pc but can’t find the correct program to set up on my pc, could you please help me.. thanks

Me and this boy have been talking for about 2 weeks – texting/skype/phone calls and we’ve met before (a while ago), but we’ve never really hung out. Anyways, I’m 15 and he’s 16 and we got to schools about 45 minutes away and he doesnt have his liscene yet, thats why we havent really hung out. He’s sending me mixes messages. Sometimes he’s so cute and acts like maybe he wants to have more then what we have relationship wise down the road, but other times he acts like hes creeped out or awkward or something, i dont know its hard to explain- usually texting But i never say anything that sets it off, he’ll just randomly change the way he talks to me. I want to ask him if he feels anything but i dont want him to be like creeped out, should I? what should i say? Any other advice?

I want to take the power out of two of my three usb ports to power a home made laptop cooler.

Can I use and usb cable to do this for example an old usb phone charger cable?

Also would this be a safe idea.

I have a laptop cooler with three fans.
When I disconnect one of the three fans it becomes a lot faster.
I was thinking of keeping fan number on it original usb cable.
I was going to put fan number 3 on a 2nd usb cable.
I wanted to put fan number 2 on both usb cable one and usb cable to so the two cable should be powering 1 and a half fans.

Would this be safe?

So i met this guy 6 months ago in online dating , he is from the USA and im from PR, so we talk a lot in FB, Skype, phone and mail, he is the most amazing guy i have ever met in my life, i think im in love with him, he is 25 and im 22 . so he is coming to visit me in december .
